Corporate & Medical Role-Play
The scenario in the room —
believable, on brief, every time.
Delivered for training programmes with the NHS, BBC, and Zurich, amongst many others.
Why people bring me in
Trained at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. I'm an actor first — that's exactly why the role-play holds up.
Realistic scenarios that actually move the needle on learning, assessment, and behaviour change. Not am-dram.
When credibility and emotional realism affect real outcomes — clinical assessments, high-stakes conversations — that's where I get called in.
How I Work
Role-play for training isn't performance. It's a different discipline entirely.
My focus is always credible human interaction that serves the learning objectives — not just a convincing scene. Every scenario is built around the brief, the room, and what needs to land.
What that looks like in practice:
Careful preparation from written briefs or facilitator conversations
Consistent delivery across repeated scenarios
Strong improvisation to respond naturally in unscripted moments
The ability to adjust tone and difficulty mid-exercise
Forum theatre and hot seating, where the format calls for it
Working directly with facilitators and programme teams, not around them
I bring immersive drama into training rooms —
real stakes, real pressure, real practice.
