I'm Shireen. I’m a British-Iranian actor, corporate role-play specialist and acting coach, born and bred in Leeds and now based in London. I work across theatre, TV, behavioural training and coaching, and whatever the job is, I care about the same thing: honesty, connection, and getting to something real.

I trained at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, and since then I've popped up in FBI: International (CBS), Silent Witness (BBC), The Ipcress File (ITV) and Patience (Channel 4). Whether I'm on set, playing a tricky character in a corporate training scenario, or helping an actor get audition-ready, the job's the same underneath it all: make it feel true.

I grew up in a working-class family in Leeds, where a career in telly felt like something that happened to other people, not us. Getting here taught me talent only gets you so far — you also need opportunity, a bit of grit, and the confidence to believe you're allowed to be in the room. That's the energy I bring to everything I do now, on stage or off.

Whether I'm role-playing, coaching or performing, it comes down to the same things: curiosity, empathy, preparation, and truth. People do their best work when they feel safe enough to take a few risks, get told the truth kindly, and find out what they're actually capable of. However we end up working together, that's what I'm here for — helping people connect more deeply, speak more honestly, and get closer to what they're capable of.
