I'm a British-Iranian actor, role-play professional and acting coach from Leeds, now based in London. My work spans television, theatre, radio, behavioural training and actor development, and is grounded in honesty, connection and psychological truth.
Having trained at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, I've gone on to perform in productions including FBI: International (CBS), Silent Witness (BBC), The Ipcress File (ITV) and Patience (Channel 4). Whether I'm filming a television drama, portraying a challenging character in a training simulation, or coaching an actor through an audition, my aim is always the same: to create work that feels authentic, emotionally intelligent and deeply human.
Growing up in a working-class family in Leeds, a career in television felt like something that happened to other people. Building a professional acting career taught me that talent matters, but so do opportunity, resilience and the confidence to believe you belong. That experience shapes how I work today, both as a performer and as a coach.
Across all three areas of my work, I help people step into unfamiliar situations with confidence. In role-play, I create realistic characters that allow professionals to practise difficult conversations in a safe environment. In coaching, I help actors refine their craft, understand their casting and build sustainable careers. As a performer, I bring nuance, authenticity and emotional depth to every role.
Although these worlds look different, they rely on the same principles: curiosity, empathy, preparation and truth. I believe people do their best work when they feel safe enough to take creative risks, receive honest feedback and discover what they're capable of.
Whether I'm collaborating with a production team, supporting an actor or working with an organisation, my goal is the same: to help people connect more deeply, communicate more truthfully and realise their potential.
